Periodic Inspections
Periodic Inspections (also known as EICRs) are a lawful requirement for all Rental Properties, HMOs and Commercial Properties every 5 years and Industrial Sites every 3 years (in accordance with BS 7671 GN3). We use state of the art software and testing equipment to ensure all EICRs are conducted to the highest standard.

New Build Properties
We offer our services for all new builds, from small dwellings to large industrial units and have been doing so since 1955. No new build is the same which is why we have a resolute team in the office to examine all architect drawings in detail.
General Electrical Maintenance
To avoid problems down the line, we advise all our customers to have us perform general electrical maintenance for all their residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. This would involve a visual inspection of all electrical accessories and the replacement of any damaged items.

LED Lighting
The UK government announced in September 2018 that most halogen lighting would be phased out across the sector due to the fact that it emits 1.26 billion tonnes of CO2 per year, the equivalent of 500,000 automobiles on the road. This can range from homeowners, landlords, shops, letting/estate agents, and also commercial and industrial companies with premises throughout the United Kingdom.
What Are Your Prices?
Obviously, each job comes with a different price. Smaller jobs mainly work on an hourly rate. Larger Jobs work on a Daily/Weekly rate. We offer a free quotation service.
Are You Insured?
Yes we have £10,000,000 Public Liability Insurance and £5,000,000 Employers Liability Insurance.
Where Do You Cover?
Since 1955 we have been operating mainly in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire and London. However, we are currently expanding to offer our services throughout the UK.
